8am—8pm Monday to Sunday, including public holidays (except Christmas Day).

Areas Serviced
The Massage Spa operates throughout homes, bed and breakfasts and holiday accommodation within the Central Coast NSW area.  Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are unsure whether your location falls within this area.

Minimum Booking time
The Massage Spa’s minimum booking is for 1 hour. 

Payment
Please note that being a mobile service, The Massage Spa does not have Eftpos or credit card facilities on site.  However credit card and Paypal payments can be made in advance over the Internet.  Once your booking has been confirmed you will be forwarded an email with the online payment link.  Alternatively please pay cash directly to your therapist on the day of treatment.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans do change.  However as your treatment has been especially reserved for you, we appreciate at least 24hrs notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.  If more than 24hrs notice is given, than you are entitled to a full refund.  If less than 24hrs notice is given, a cancellation fee of $40 will be charged for each treatment booked and the balance refunded in the form of a gift certificate.  Any no shows or no notice cancellations will be charged 100% of the total booking fee.

Our Therapists
All our therapists are fully trained & qualified health care professionals.  The Massage Spa has both male and female therapists available.  Should you require a gender specific therapist please advise when booking.  Please note that we match your requirements to the availability and particular skills of our therapists, so whether you are booking a remedial massage or full body scrub will influence the choice and gender of therapist that we provide.

Special Considerations
When making your booking please advise of any health concerns including skin conditions and pregnancy, so we can advise on suitable treatments.

Clients who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, are pregnant or have any other medical complications are advised to consult their doctors before signing up for any spa services.

Code of Conduct
The Massage Spa is a professional massage & spa therapy service.  All our therapists are trained & qualified health care professionals and therefore do not offer adult services.  We ask you to kindly treat our therapists with the same respect that we extend to our clients. Thankyou.

Please note that any inappropriate behaviour on behalf of the client will result in immediate termination of your treatment.
